Frank Coffee Body Scrub Review

Date:

Let’s be Frank – we love this coffee scrub!

Frank is an Australian based skincare range that uses coffee as its stellar ingredient. The range claims to improve the appearance of acne, stretch marks, cellulite, eczema and other skin conditions to leave your skin feeling velvety smooth…

Frank Coffee Scrub

The science behind this ‘coffee cure’ suggests that when caffeine is applied topically to the skin, it can invigorate blood-flow and circulation, thus helping to reduce the appearance of cellulite and stretch marks. The ground coffee beans attain the benefits of exfoliation which can reduce dry skin problems such as psoriasis.

We tried the ‘Original Coffee Scrub’ and it smells delightful! The scent of mint, coconut and coffee hitting the room when opening the packaging, make this scrub all the more enjoyable.

 Application

This is a slightly moist, but mostly dry scrub and is best used towards the end of showering. Scoop a handful and scrub it over every inch of the body, face included. This is an impossible process to keep tidy, no matter how carefully the scrub is handled, there will be coffee everywhere!

After massaging the product into the skin, particularly targeting areas that are a little too cellulite happy, the instructions state to wait 5-10 minutes for the scrub to really get to work before rinsing it away.

 Results

From just one application the positive effects from the special blend are immediately noticeable. It leaves a glaze of organic oils behind, leaving the skin feeling supple and silky.

Following twenty-one days of using Frank twice a week, the rumours have reigned true. The appearance of cellulite has definitely reduced!

Indulging in this caffeine treatment is not a quick process, so make sure there is time to spare.
