Morning Gloryville – Rave into the day with a fitness class like no other

Morning Gloryville – the early morning raves taking over the nation

Morning Gloryville

If you were to look at the above picture and describe what time you thought this had been taken, you could be forgiven for thinking perhaps 11pm, 1am, or maybe even 3am, a hardcore group of intoxicated party-goers whiling away the early hours of the morning.
The early-morning part is right, but the rest in fact is not.

By early hours we mean 6:30am and by intoxication we mean spinach and apple super juice. For this is no ordinary rave, this is London’s answer to morning motivation. Morning Gloryville is the innovative fitness craze empowering people to “rave your way into the day” with energising music and mesmerising visual entertainment, as well as free massages, organic coffee, smoothie bars, yoga and personal motivation from trained and costumed performers. All before sunrise.

Once you get your head round the concept and learn to let your dancing inhibitions go without the help of a pair of beer-goggles (people’s sleep encrusted eyes are surely just as good?) it’s a whole lot of fun. You leave the sun rising in the city, enter a quirky warehouse and shake, shimmy and rave the sleep from your body, getting that adrenaline pumping and that heart racing, ready to face the day ahead.  And whilst it’s odd to swap your Jaegerbomb for wheatgrass and your greasy kebab for an apple, the idea is a brilliant one. Morning Gloryville Fitness

And whilst you may have experience of stumbling out of a club when it’s light outside, the weirdest part is not heading to bed, but to a day in the office and believe me your mind, brain and body will be thankful for it.
And the best bit? No harrowingly hazy memories from the night before, no drunken photos to be shared on facebook, just a couple of hours of pure, adrenaline-pumping fun.
