Tickets for the Jean Paul Gaultier show have gone up for auction on CharityStars.com and the winning bidder will receive two tickets to the famed French fashion designer’s amazing show in July 2017.
As well as his striking outfits, Jean Paul Gaultier is known for using unconventional models in his exhibitions and for playing with traditional gender roles. This approach has been controversial but has made his work enormously popular.
The proceeds from the auction will go to support Arms Around The Child, a charity that supports children in India and Africa who are orphaned, abandoned, at risk of child abuse, sexual or otherwise, trafficked, rescued from slavery, affected by HIV/AIDS or living in child-headed households.
It seeks to provide sanctuary, community, warmth, protection, education, health care, safety, family, equality, love, hope and respect.
