Fudgies Bistro Live Jazz

For the first time, Fudgies Bistro in Hove will be putting on their very own Jazz night, featuring the James Osler Trio. Enjoy an evening of live music whilst indulging in a craft beer or cocktail (or two) and if you are feeling peckish there are cheese and meat boards on offer. Dogs are also more than welcome if they enjoy listening to Jazz!

Dressmaking for Beginners and Improvers

Sewing Whats on Brighton

If you fancy trying something different and having a go at creating your own clothes then this course is for you. Lasting for 10 weeks it’s ideal for beginners and people who are wanting to brush up on their sewing skills. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and ability to create your own clothes from commercial patterns.

Charity Call My Bluff Wine Taster + A Raffle

On Thursday 1 February, charity ‘A Touch of Hop’e will be hosting a wine and cheese evening in aid of raising awareness for The Macmillan Horizon Centre. The event will be hosted at Ten Green Bottles in Brighton and will consist of trying 6 different wines paired with cheeses. With each wine their panel of 3 experts will try to convince you that their description is the correct one. No knowledge is needed, the evening is great for a bit of fun while raising money for charity. There is also a raffle at the end where some great prizes can be won!

When: Thursday 1st February 2018
Cost: £35 per head which includes 15 raffle tickets!

Planted Pop Up – Veganuary celebration!

With a mission to change the ‘bland and boring’ stigma attached to vegan food, join Gabriella and Molly (Founders of Planted) in their pop-up at The Plant Room. The evening will be full of plant-based goodness as you dive into a delicious 5-course meal with a delicious botanical cocktail included.

Uproar peoples choir

Brighton Whats On Choir

Get in touch with your vocal side and attend one of Uproar Choirs fortnightly, drop-in Choir sessions. Within these sessions, you will sing songs which reflect a wide variety of social and cultural issues sharing collective interests, both local and global. No matter how good a singer you may be, Uproar Choir believes in the ‘natural voice’ practice, allowing anyone with any tone of voice to join. The only requirement is to love to sing, have fun and meet new people.

When: Sunday 4th February 2018
Cost: £10 Per person, £5 for concession or £0 for those in financial difficulty
