LPM Restaurant & Bar, which opened in November 2023 on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, transports guests to the carefree French Riviera. One of the best new restaurants in Vegas, it recently earned acclaim on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for exquisite, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine made with seasonal ingredients.

Stanton Social Prime brings Chef Chris Santos’ signature shareable dishes to the Strip inside Caesars Palace. This new concept features iconic menu items from the original Stanton Social restaurant in New York’s Lower East Side, which marked Santos’ first restaurant project and was known for its spectacular sharable dishes featuring prime meats. the return of the Famous French Onion Soup Dumplings topped with Gruyère cheese and garlic croutons, as well as Pierogies made with potato, goat cheese and truffle. This delectable restaurant also includes some of Santos’ newest creations such as the Smoked Butter Board with Thumbelina crudités, Maldon sea salt flakes and sourdough demi baguette.
