Weather ruining your locks? Look no further for the first steps to healthy hair

Living in Britain, the battle against our bipolar climate can wreak havoc on our hair.

Healthy hair treatmentOur poor tresses fight through wintery storms, bright sunshine and sometimes even snow within the space of a week. Split ends ensue, frizz creeps upon us and we’re left with a barnet that’s rather worse for wear. And this means its time for a fix – the internet offers scores of ‘instant-fix’ home-remedy hair masks, lotions and potions, but let’s face it, who has the time to faff around with messy home-made coconut oil hair balms and pastes each night of the week?

Well we certainly don’t.

And if you’re looking to take back control of your hair, look no further than Sukin protein hair treatment. This deep nourishing treatment is an ideal and simple step to strong and healthy hair. Rich in aloe vera, calendula and chamomile this soothes those tired locks and with hydrolysed wheat protein and sesame extracts, hair is fortified and nourished.
This product is suitable for all hair types though ideal for those dry and damaged locks (sorry Mother nature, we’re fighting back!)

The hair treatment smells delicious and has a nice consistancy too- sometimes these products have a tendancy to be super stodgy or overly slippery, but Sukin’s protein treatment feels really nice on the hair. Simply add to your locks like normal conditioner and leave on for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: Place hair in a showed cap in this time to lock in the moisture and for it to work even deeper into your roots.
After this time, simply rinse out (it rinses out very easily without leaving a greasy feel) and either allow your hair to dry naturally or lightly blow dry.

I like to wrap mine up in my Aquis luxe hair turban. Again, this protects your hair from breakage and strain that ordinary towels or drying can cause to your hair.

Healthy hair treatment

This innovative hair turban is ideal for curly or delicate hair which is in need of that gentle touch. If you wrap your hair instantly after a shower, get dressed and changed, by the time you’re ready to remove your towel it is a great deal drier, with no annoying shoulder-dripping.  It wraps and fastens easily and is wonderfully soft. It also minimises frizz and for just over £30 it proves that there is such thing as a towel that is so much more than a towel.

Partner the above and you are guaranteed to both feel and see a difference. Once again your hair will be smooth to run your fingers through and you will notice an increased shine and bounce that wasn’t there before.

Your new and improved healthy hair will love you.
