Royal Caribbean Coco Cay, the cruise lines hotly-anticipated private island has finally opened! A first for Royal Caribbean, the island “Perfect day at Coco Cay” is home to a number of amazing features including the tallest waterslide in North America, a 450ft-high helium balloon, a 1,600-foot-long zip-line course and the largest wave pool in the Caribbean – to name just a few!

Whether you’re looking to conquer the waterslides, or sip cocktails at the swim-up bar in the Bahama’s largest freshwater pool, you are free to make your break perfect for you. Or why not do both? You could spend the morning getting your adrenaline pumping in the Thrill Waterpark, then the afternoon getting a taste of Bora Bora in the only private overwater cabanas in the Bahamas.

Splash Summit is a collection of six awesome sliders together where you can share the thrill, The Twister is a winding tube slide you ride on a two-person raft or you can experience a zero-gravity rush with your most fearless foursome on The Slingshot. And that’s not all – if the slides aren’t really floating your boat, or you’re looking for an added thrill, be sure to head to the pool when the clock hits zero, for it will turn into the Caribbean’s biggest wave pool ever!
