Inspired by a true story, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is a hit musical that’s sure to impress! It follows the story of Jamie New, a sixteen-year-old who lives on a council estate in Sheffield and doesn’t quite fit in. Jamie is terrified about the future but is going to be a sensation. Supported by his brilliant loving mum and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps out of the darkness, into the spotlight. and we’re giving you the chance to WIN tickets to the show yourself!
Layton Williams, Rebecca McKinnis, Sejal Keshwala and Sabrina Sandhu are joined by EastEnders’ star Rita Simons as Miss Hedge and Coronation Street and Emmerdale star Bill Ward as Loco Chanelle /Hugo. They lead a twenty-five strong company and a nine-piece band that will ‘sweep you away on a tide of mischief, warmth and exuberance’ (Financial Times).

- Entry into this Everybody’s Talking About Jamie Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
- Any UK residents, aged 18 or over, can enter by visiting the Competition landing page at seeninthecity.co.uk and selecting What Theatre is Everybody’s Talking About Jamie taking place at. Only one entry per person is allowed and the closing date for entries is Wed 21st August 2019.
- The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email or phone
- Seen in the City’s decision of the winner is final
- If the selected winner does not claim the prize within five days, we will be forced to re-gift this prize
- Open to UK residents only
