The address in Conversation is a brand new series of talks curated by neighbourhood bars – No 11 Pimlico Road and No 29 Power Station West, in partnership with Salon London. Featuring the likes of Claudia Hammond, Catherine Gray, Jennifer Wild, Lauren Bravo and Nichi Hodgson, the events are designed to inspire new ways of thinking about life in 2020.

Award-winning broadcaster, author and psychology lecturer, Claudia Hammond, discusses how to start taking rest seriously as a method of self-care. Rest is directly linked to a sense of well-being, but it is undervalued and misunderstood. It is how we unwind, calm our minds and recharge our bodies, and this talk can help guests find out how; through up-to-the-minute scientific research that has not been seen before.

Ethical Dating – Nichi Hodgson

Author (‘Bound to Me’, ‘The Curious History of Dating’) broadcaster and sexpert Nichi Hodgson is campaigning for an ethical, accepted code of behaviour in the dating industry. Here, she’ll be discussing everything from navigating the nightmare of dating apps to getting a deeper emotional intimacy in relationships; and will be on hand to answer all questions about love, sex and relationships in 2020.
