How else to start a weekend in August than with a proper weekend brunch – that is, a terrace brunch with martinis, a master chef, and a fantastic DJ? Premium Russian vodka brand, Beluga Vodka is inviting you to join them and Chef Philli Armitage-Mattin in their exclusive Beluga vodka brunch, for only two Saturdays this August...

On the 7th and 21st of August, make your way to Knightsbridge’s Harvey Nichols fifth-floor terrace. This morning event will be sure to get the momentum of your weekend rolling. The luxurious and indulgent atmosphere culminated for the Beluga vodka brunch will give you that Saturday feeling while you enjoy their special-selected menu.

Chef Philli Armitage-Mattin may be familiar to many, she was a finalist on BBC One’s MasterChef The Professionals. She has become famous for her striking Asian-fusion dishes after spending a year throughout Asia, soaking in the culture and cuisine to bring back to her renowned work in the UK.

For drinks, Beluga Vodka will be sure to satisfy your palette with high-quality raw ingredients that result in complex and smooth flavours. Beluga will feature a special culmination of brunch classics, of course including the iconic Bloody Mary. If you’ve got to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning, opt-in for the finest Beluga Espresso Martini–a drink perfect for Beluga Vodka, as a martini is the ideal cocktail for this spirit.

More of a tea person? No problems here, Beluga is also featuring the Beluga Aperi-Teavo. This drink is curated with Beluga Noble vodka, Darjeeling tea, crisp cloudy apple juice and, of course, prosecco. Other drinks available feature Beluga specialities native to the current terrace menu. 

No brunch celebration is complete without a vast array of breakfast options. Whether you favour something light and refreshing or a dish that is rich and savoury,  MasterChef Professional finalist, Chef Philli Armitage-Mattin has prepared something for everyone. Some items include a PBJ Acai bowl with compotes, jams and granola, eggs royale with caviar or freshly shucked Pacific oysters, brioche French toast with grilled peaches and maple syrup.
