Belgravia is home to a new elegant bar and dining room, Ganymede, officially coming to London this September, the 7th.

The top tier British cuisine will be half off from the 4th – 6th of September, in celebration of the grand opening. You will be able to expect a beautiful spread of diverse dishes, as the menu changes daily.

Ganymede Dish

Ganymede is named after the largest moon of Jupiter, as well as the Trojan aristocrat in Greek mythology. Ganymede became the Cupbearer to the Gods for all eternity. The grand legacy of Ganymede’s namesake is also a nod to the previous institution at 139 Ebury Street, Ebury Wine Bar.

Cuisine & Drinks

The restaurant will offer exquisite plates like rabbit and pistachio terrine paired with grilled rye bread and emulsion of charred onion; or a crisp suckling pork belly plated with a parsnip purée, turnips and Pommes cocotte. You will enjoy the elegance of fine dining whilst experiencing the charm of a classic British pub.

On the weekends, head to Ganymede for a relaxed brunch in the velvet green banquette booths, or catch the classic Sunday lunch. If you’re seeking something more casual, the refined and stylish entryway offers a chill bar that will suit a lovely drink or two.

Ganymede will feature classic, as well as signature cocktails and of course a vast wine, craft beer and ale list to honour its namesake.
