Synonymous with all things fizz and home to Europe’s longest Champagne Bar, St Pancras by Searcys is serving up an egg-centric breakfast from Monday-Saturday with an optional glass of Lanson Père & Fils Champagne.

Created by Executive Chef Colin Layfield, dishes include Chapel & Swan smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on sourdough, a Cumberland sausage and egg roll and the breakfast staples – Eggs Florentine, Eggs Benedict and Eggs Royale. There is also a classic Full English breakfast with Blythburgh streaky and back bacon, Cumberland sausage, tomato, mushroom, baked beans, Lake District black pudding and eggs your way.

Other dishes include a selection of baked goods, bowls and sweets including Cinnamon porridge with Kent apple, Coconut chia pudding topped with mango compote and Buttermilk and blueberry pancakes drizzled with maple syrup.  Alongside fizz, there is also a range of fresh juices and a daily changing smoothie.

Located in the bustling transport hub and with high-speed Wi-Fi, charging points and a variety of tables and private dining spaces, St Pancras by Searcys is the ideal spot for workers and travellers alike for early morning meetings, pre-travel pitstops and leisurely meetups. The brasserie and bar are also set-up for solopreneurs to ‘work from the bar’ with spaces available for hot-desking, with tea and coffee to order.

The new Champagne breakfast menu is now available from 8am-11:30am on Monday-Saturday and is priced at £31 for a choice of dish and glass of Lanson. Bookings are available here.
