It is important to try and create a relaxing environment to help ease you into a peaceful sleep. Before bedtime ensure you are not exposing yourself to any bright lights or blue light from your phone as this will keep your eyes alert. 

Use low light lamps to create a calming environment to ease you into winding down for the night.
