Machan Kitchen has a beautiful tiki-style bar and a kitchen headed by Chef Roshan Ratnayaka. It has been quietly growing a cult following and counts Executive Chef at The Dorchester, Mario Perera, as a regular. On the menu are classic chicken, meat, fish and seafood dishes along with string hoppers, coconut roti or any number of rice dishes. Also find iconic Sri Lankan street foods such as isso vade and kothu roti.

Vegans can rejoice at the sheer number of delicious dishes on the menu: banana blossom curry, jackfruit, spinach and coconut mallung, coconut sambol are just a few. All of which have us running to click the link to make a reservation.
