La Tour Odeon – five-storey penthouse

La Tour Odeon is the tallest skyscraper apartment block in Monaco and took five years to construct. It was designed by Alexandre Giraldi, a renowned architect, and at the very top is a luxury penthouse that would cost you $335 million if you wanted to buy it.

That makes it one of the costliest apartment buildings to be found anywhere in the world. So what would you get for your money?

Well to start with the apartment comes with five floors, while the amenities include a heated swimming pool with built-in waterslide. It covers 31,500 square feet in total and has its own dance floor for hosting parties, as well as a glorious view of Monte Carlo Bay.

Le Grand Large – three bedroom penthouse

By contrast, this opulent penthouse apartment is positively affordable at just $15 million. If you’ve got the odd million to throw around then you can find it in the Fontvieille district of Monaco.

It is housed within the luxury apartment complex known as Le Grand Large, which is among the most sought-after residences among the mega-wealthy. Upon entering you will find yourself walking along a wide hallway with oak wood flooring that has also been fitted in the dining room, office area, living room and bedrooms.

This stunning Monaco penthouse comes with three bedrooms each of which boasts beautiful views of the ocean. The kitchen is fitted with a floor and counters made of silk marble, ultra-modern appliances by Gaggenau and oak paneling.

Finally, the block comes with concierge and private swimming pool area.

La Odeon Tour – three-bedroom penthouse

Here is another prestige penthouse in La Odeon Tour, but this one is available for just under $20 million. It is in the Est Tower and is a bit lower than the first one, on floor 29.

Inside there are two standard bedrooms and a master one, all of which have their own bathrooms en suite. The built-in terrace extends for 44 meters and the Mediterranean can be viewed from it free of any obstructions.

The amenities on offer within the apartment block include a hairdresser, spa, sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxation lounge, business center and billiard room. All of these are available to owners of the various penthouses whenever they wish to use them.

Shopping facilities are also contained within La Odeon Tour.

Palais de Printemps Monaco – three-bedroom penthouse

The Palais de Printemps is another exclusive apartment block in Monaco. It is home to a luxury apartment with three bedrooms that can be bought for just over $13 million.

Anyone willing to shell out that sum can enjoy a terrace on the roof that offers clear views of the sea and the Palace. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen with adjoining dining area and a living room that opens onto its balcony.

Of the three bedrooms, the master one comes with its own shower room, but all of them are beautifully fitted out. The entire penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows allowing lots of light into the rooms and perfect views of the Monaco scenery.

Residence Millefiori – two-bedroom penthouse

Residence Millefiori is Monaco’s second largest skyscraper and is located in Monte Carlo, within the very exclusive Carre D’Or district. It is home to this two-bedroom penthouse that offers views of the whole of the gulf from its windows and balcony.

Inside, there is an open kitchen area and double bedroom space, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It can be bought for the princely sum of $12 million, which suggests that you would need to be a prince to afford it.

As with all of the other top penthouses featured here, the apartment comes with a range of leisure amenities that form part of the block that houses it.

Monaco is famous for being somewhere those with money to burn go to spend it and have fun. Whether they are there for the travelling or nightclubs, these are the penthouses that they buy to live in.
