Nestled just above Hyde Park, Connaught Village is an undiscovered gem in the heart of London and you don’t want to miss Village in Green. Taking place on the 7th June to coincide with the garden openings for The National Garden Scheme, visitors will be spoilt for choice with a variety of activities and experiences throughout the village. Expect talks from James Wong focusing in on how to re-think houseplants, a seasonal herb potting with author and flower farmer, Martha Swales and a ‘Plant to Plate’ workshop with Natalia Rudin and Cameron Macfie.

Visitors are invited to explore a selection of enchanting private gardens, typically closed to the public, but are open to the public for a small donation contribution to The National Garden Scheme. This rare opportunity offers a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle, with access to historic green spaces and picturesque streets across Gloucester Square, Coniston Court, Devonport, the Water Gardens, and the Quadrangle. Oxford Square, usually a private garden, will be opened to the public, inviting visitors to bring down apicnic rug and enjoy the live music and entertainment from 11am – 3pm.
