A high-end restaurant combined with an immersive dining experience, it is set to be one of the hottest new venues in town. Expect a fantastic atmosphere, great decor, fine food and drinks and so much more.

INCA London is located in the heart of the capital next to the Palladium, making it easy to get to no matter when you are coming from. Head down a winding staircase adorning by beautiful Brazilian-style tiles that twinkle in the light and find yourself in an exciting new world.

When inside you can expect an alluring space packed with energy and colour. Eye-catching decor will be at every turn, designed to reflect the INCA London tradition that focuses on the transition between light and day, darkness and night. the sun and the moon. From the bar area you are given a sneak peek of what’s to come, including peep-through walls, secret windows and stunning Latin decor. In the main area you can expect a stand-out centre stage where entertainment transports you into the world of rapturous Southern American life.

The Menu

INCA London’s restaurant menu has all you could wish for and so much more. An eclectic array of dishes led by Head Chef Davide Alberti, you can look forward to authentic yet contemporary South American influenced dishes with exquisite twists. Highlights from the menu include Roasted Canadian lobster with a fennel and Ossetra caviar glaze, a tropical Carabineros Ceviche and a deconstructed Inca Tulakalum and milk chocolate cigar tart, with a unique tobacco ice cream.

Drinks wise, aswell as a carefully selected menu of wines, beers and spirits they also have a host of cocktails that aren’t to be missed. Sip on the likes of the La Salida de Sol, an ‘Inca’ twist on the sweet and bitter Espresso Martini, Toque de Mandarina, a take on the famous Pisco Sour, crafted with mandarin sherbets and Pina Verde, a sweet, smokey and slightly sour Mezcal drink, served with homemade avocado and pineapple purée.

Davide Alberti expands on the flavours and concept of the menu, “Inca’s menu is focussed around Latin flavours, heat, texture, fire, life, sharing and joy: all the ingredients of what food represents in my life. The menu I’ve created brings all these elements together, showcasing influence from Japenase-Peruvian Nikkei, with a modern touch to it – something truly unique”
