Fun, playful and glamorous. These are the three words we would use to describe Gabriel Vielma’s SS17 fashion presentation…
The background being based on a 70’s daytime beauty salon the presentation was far from dull. Gabriel Vielma is well known for collaborating texture whilst maintaining a great eye for colour. Gabriel’s SS17 collection featured a variety of bright yellows, pops of red and more subtle pastels. Vielma also combined metallics along with pinks which made for a really nice touch.
Even the models looked like they were having fun. Once they’d walked from inside the salon they would walk over to the lamp post and look over at the audience in an alluring manner, then they returned to the salon where they would hold onto their hairdryers.
One of our favourite looks from the show was this beautiful pewter metallic dress. It featured a flattering wrap around v neck neckline and an ever so subtle dip hem to the skirt.
