Bombay Saphire Gin and Tonic

Created for international gin and tonic day, the pear & ginger, gin and tonic cocktail is a great treat for evenings out or when relaxing at home after a busy days work. There’s the sweet citrus notes from the pear juice, warming aromatic ginger garnish, all served invitingly ice cold. The final touch? Listen for the effervescent tonic fizz, topped off with ginger slice and a sage leaf garnish.

Ingredients

  1. 50ml Bombay Sapphire
  2. 15ml pear juice
  3. ¼ fresh lime squeeze
  4. 100ml tonic water
  5. Garnish with ginger slice, lime wedge and sage leaf

Method

Fill a balloon glass with cubed ice in order to cool it, and keep the liquid as cold as possible.

Build the drink over the ice, start by adding Bombay Sapphire, followed by the pear juice and squeeze fresh lime, stir with a cocktail stirrer

Add tonic gently into the glass and Garnish with a slice of ginger, lime wedge and a sage leaf
