Head Chef, Francisco Lafee has previously worked in a host of Michelin starred restaurants in both South America and London and has drawn this experience to create a menu for Zuaya London like no other. It will combine an avant-garde menu of sharing dishes that draw on extraordinary flavour combinations from Argentina, Mexico and Peru. The menu showcases his commitment to quality ingredients and precise execution, with an array of beautifully plated dishes that incorporate wild fish, robata grilled meats and vibrant vegetarian and vegan options.
When visiting, you will get the chance to enjoy signature sharing plates such as Zuaya Ceviche, Robata Octopus and Quinoa Caprese, as well as a truly indulgent dessert list. The restaurant will span over two floors and will transport you to the Amazon with a decor of lush greenery, hanging plants, bespoke pendant lighting and horizontal artwork. A green marble topped bar will be the ideal setting to meet with friends and sip on a range of cocktails or a glass of chilled wine from an impressive list of carefully selected bottles.
When the sun shines, you can sit on the outdoor terrace and soak up the rays, while the weekend will see live jazz and DJs playing, making the perfect spot for a lively atmosphere and to enjoy a drink or two as well as a social dining experience.
