There’s nothing better than an excuse to drink cocktails, so in celebration of Halloween, we’ve put together our favourite, spook-tastic halloween cocktail…
Created for Halloween the Fire and Storm halloween cocktail is made from a bold spiced rum. Take a step towards the darkside with the devilishly delightful Fire and Storm concoction. A fruity and biting drink, it will certainly raise the Halloween spirits!
Ingredients
50ml Barcardi Carta Fuego
100ml fiery ginger beer (chilled, and ideally bottled)
Freshly cut lime wedge (squeezed in & then discarded)
Dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)
Garnish with an orange wheel
Good Quality Ice
Method

Fill a highall glass with cubed ice to the top and pour over 50ml of Barcadi Carta Guego into the glass

Squeeze the fresh lime wedge into the drink and then discard, follow by adding a dash of Angostura Bitters.

Top with fiery ginger beer and slowly stir to integrate the flavours. Finish by garnishing with a freshly cut orange wheel to complete the drink
