William Chase Gin Great British Collins

The Great British Collins is the ideal cocktail when you want a night in by the fire or watching some TV with your friends, family or loved ones. Refreshing and perfect in the winter, the Great British Collins is sure to treat your taste buds. In fact, make sure you have this one around Christmas as yours guests will love it…

Ingredients

  1. 35ml Williams GB Gin or Heathrow Exclusive
  2. 15ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur
  3. 2 chopped up wheels of fresh cucumber
  4. 12.5ml  fresh lime juice
  5. Handful of fresh mint
  6. Tonic water top

Method

Fill a highball glass with cubed ice in order to cool it, and keep the liquid as cold as possible.

Place all the ingredients (except tonic water) into a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake well together, double strain into a highball glass over cubed ice.

Top with tonic and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and cucumber slice
