Evenings are growing lighter, the weather is becoming warmer and the desire for a nice outdoor space to relax in becoming more and more desirable. And this is where the Tanqueray Garden at the Sipping Room comes in – a vibrant gin garden complete with a negroni fountain, popping up at The Sipping Room at West India Quay.

Tanqueray Garden Sipping Room London Gin Garden This London gin garden is a collaboration between award-winning gin Tanqueray No. TEN and Drake & Morgan and is open until the end of August. A citrus-infused space guarnteed to whisk you to sunnier climes, you enter via a fragrant archway complete with grapefruits lemons and limes (homage to the fresh citrus fruits used to distill Tanqueray No.TEN.) From here you will be in an exquisite riverside oasis, complete with a pick your own living herb wall and plenty of gin to enjoy.

The Tanqueray Garden will also have a signature cocktail menu as well as its offering of G&T’s. Try some of their signature serves such as the Sevilla Spritz (Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla, pink grapefruit sherbet, prosecco); and the Flora Smash (Tanqueray No. TEN, lemon juice, raspberries, cucumber, elderflower syrup, ginger ale).  You can customise your cocktail further by helping yourself to a sprig of mint, thyme or rosemary from the Tanqueray Garden’s herb wall. This is one London gin garden we don’t want to miss out on!

And what garden is complete without a fountain centre piece Well Tanqueray Garden have gone one step futher and instead of producing water, it will serve Rosé Negroni! (Major garden goals.)

While there be sure to try the Sipping Room’s new spring/summer dishes, with a whole array of seasonal salads created by antipodean chef, restauranteur and good writer Peter Gordon. There are a host of delicious offerings include new vegetarian and vegan choices sitting alongside an array of small plates, sharing boards, burgers and grills.
