This experience is set to be the first of its kind and will take your cruise dining expectations and create a whole new level of indulgent dining. The Oceania Cruises Dom Pérignon Experience will pair six delicious courses with six different glasses of vintage. Each course will have a carefully selected vintage of Dom Perignon’s acclaimed champagnes at la Reserve. The menu has been created by the culinary team at La Maison Dom Perignon in conjunction with Oceania Cruises culinary team and is only offered to a maximum of 24 guests in the La Reserve restaurant, making for a very luxurious and intimate evening of dining when on your cruise. The Oceania Cruises Dom Pérignon Experience is currently available for all Rivieva and Marina voyages and due to the exclusive nature reservations are required in advance.

The meals and accompanying Champagnes which will be served are as follows:
  • Scallops “Rossini”, mole negro, roasted pineapple, served with Dom Perignon 2009
  • Brittany blue lobster in yellow curry broth, coco foam, served with Dom Perignon 2006
  • Black truffle risotto, aged parmesan, served with Dom Perignon 2006
  • Seared wagyu beef sashimi style, sautéed arugula, blood orange-soya jus, caviar perlita, served with Dom Perignon Rose 2004
  • French A.O.C cheese plate, black currant-pepper paste, thyme flower, served with Dom Perignon Rose 2004
  • Sakura tea “Geisha flower” ice cream, lemon caviar, served with Dom Perignon 2009
