What treats can I expect at the Hummingbird Bakery Victoria?
The Hummingbird Bakery Victoria is a 1,700 sq.ft bakery that will be serving signature cupcakes, traditional American pies, cheesecakes and cookies with the popular ‘Crownies’ brownies making an appearance as the brand opens in the heart of Victoria on Buckingham Palace Road.
The focal point is a new Personalisation Station where guests can customise their desserts and celebration cakes by a team of expert bakers. Alongside the range of already beloved sweet treats, there is a nod to the Royal Family favourites with whiskey bundt and fruit loaf being on offer.
The Interior of the Hummingbird Bakery Victoria
The new Victoria bakery will feature neutral colours with accents of gold, marbled worktops and flashes of the signature Hummingbird Pink as the brand is pushing forward with their new sleek and modern designs.

We have some new exciting products coming and I can’t wait to see our guests enjoy eating them just as much as I have enjoyed creating them. The store will feature a personalisation station and ice cream cupcakes during the hot season, along with some exciting new bakes to celebrate our new King from our incredible whiskey bundt, to our famous ‘Crownies’ and our new sumptuous fruit loaf! The Hummingbird Bakery has continually brought love and joy into people’s lives through their mouth-watering sweet treats and introduced Red Velvet cakes to Great Britain since launching in 2004. The brand has amassed a legion of devout followers and is well-known for their celebration treats. All The Hummingbird Bakery’s menu items are hand baked daily on-site and use only the finest quality ingredients to create their generous offering which also includes a vegan range and a made without gluten collection.
Earlier this year, The Hummingbird Bakery reopened a fully refurbished Old Brompton Road bakery and launched their first ever nationwide Cupcake Decorating Kits. The next phase of evolution will see more bakery openings this year, refurbishments and further seasonal At Home Decoration Kits launching.
