What food can you expect at Bokan 37 sky-high brunch?
Priced at £45pp for three courses, delve into innovative dishes created by Executive Chef Robert Manea and his talented team. Start with egg kadaif with watercress puree and Alsace bacon, followed by organic chicken supreme with parsnip puree, Girolle and Shitake mushrooms; or cod with seasonal spring greens; before finishing with a heavenly dessert, the Bōkan chocolate sensation or the fraisier with vanilla parfait and strawberry sorbet. A vegan menu is also available, and there’s an option to add free-flowing bubbles, house white or red wine for an extra £19pp.
What about the entertainment?
After brunch, head up to floor 39 to continue the weekend vibes on the striking rooftop terrace with Bokan’s resident DJ, Jack Fleming. Watch the sunset over the capital’s most iconic landmarks, whilst sipping on expertly crafted cocktails courtesy of Bar Manager Generoso Davino and enjoy feel-good tunes into the evening.
What is the price and times?
The Saturday three-course brunch menu is priced at £45pp, with bookings available between 12:30pm – 2:30pm. Opt for bottomless drinks for 90 minutes, with the choice of either bubbles, red or white wine, for an additional £19pp. DJ Jack will be entertaining between 4.00pm – 8.00pm on the roof terrace, a minimum spend may apply.
