Hot Chocolate Cocktail Made With Red Wine
Yup, you read that right. You might think hot chocolate does not mix well with wine. Well, think again. You might even fool your guests into thinking you didn’t do anything creative but they will be amazed by how delicious this cocktail is.
Take some chocolate chips, high-quality red wine and milk. Mix it all in a saucepan until everything melts down. Flavour it with a pinch of salt and vanilla extract.
To add even more spice, instead of a spoon, use a mint-flavored candy cane for that extra kick.

Nevertheless, this Christmas cocktail is very easy to make.
One bottle of white wine is mixed with three glasses of cranberry juice and three glasses of ginger ale, topped with some fresh cranberries to give it that special Christmassy look.

Mulled Red Wine with a Twist
This recipe might not be considered as a Christmas cocktail recipe but i think we can label it as such because it’s not your regular mulled wine.
Ski-centers all over Germany and Austria are offering this special mulled wine to tired skiers who are eager to warm themselves after a long day of dominating the slopes.
Boil cinnamon stick, water and sugar on high heat. Once it boils, reduce the heat. Squeeze half an orange into the pan along with the other ingredients. Insert the cloves into the orange peel. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Wait until the mixture thickens and looks like syrup. Pour your favorite red wine into the mixture. Make sure it’s not simmering, you want to put the wine in while it’s hot.
It’s best served in mugs, decorated with orange peels.
