Looking for a roast a bit different this festive period? Look no further than Fishworks’ three fish roast!
It’s safe to say this year has been anything but traditional and, with Christmas set to look a little different too, London Restaurant & Fishmongers FishWorks will be mixing up the celebrations with a brand-new festive dish – the Three Fish Roast. Yes, you read that right!
Perfect for pescatarians and revolutionaries alike, the dish offers a fresh and playful riff on the traditional three bird roast served at Christmas. A perfect sharing centrepiece for you and your household or business lunch, the dish features the freshest fish all responsibly sourced from Devon and Cornwall’s fish markets and day boats. This yule-time special will be available from 19th November until 24th December across all three FishWorks restaurants, and can also be ordered for collection and home cookery for £82.
A seafaring take on the classic, jaws will drop as this showstopper is cut to reveal three layers of different fish, showcasing the wonders of the sea. Dig into a sumptuous roast of beautifully seared whole wild seabass, surrounding a flaky monkfish middle layer, with a salty surprise in the middle in the form of an umami-rich fresh anchovy. Make it a feast with sides of buttery tender stem broccoli, green beans served with shallots and almonds, thick-cut chips seasoned with sea salt, and carrots roasted with honey and cumin.
Serving a minimum of four people, Tier 2 dining has never tasted so good with the Three Fish Roast and a selection of sides for just £35 per person. Following all COVID-19 friendly guidelines, tables can be booked up to 48 hours in advance so FishWorks can continue to serve the freshest fish and seafood in London safely.
