Circe’s Rooftop Bar Waterloo – A Taste Of The Mediterranean

Looking for a hot new drinking and dining spot in Waterloo? We have just the place. Circe’s, the brand new concept, opened in May and is inspired by the mythical Circe, the daughter of the mighty sun god Helios.

It transports its guests from reality into a divine Mediterranean summer and is the perfect place to spend a weekend, basking in the sunny weather. There are multiple areas for maximum sun, including a lovely terrace area, Cloud Nine, which has great views of the Shard, St Paul’s and the OXO Tower which is best explored with a frozen cocktail in hand.

What drinks can I expect at Circe’s?

The bar food and drink offerings continue the Mediterranean feel, infusing the region’s vibrant colours and bold tastes. The cocktail menu here features theatrical mixology featuring Perse’s Picante, a spicy margarita named after Circe’s mythical mother and Heles Mels, which comes with a spell that magically combusts and disappears before your eyes. Circe’s also offers guests a range of frozen cocktails including a Pina Colada or Passion Fruit Margarita.
