Hosted by sommelier and The Hippodrome’s Head of Wine Salvo Russo and award-winning American craft wine makers Federalist, the event on Tuesday 25th January will transport guests through the expansive vineyards of California, showcasing an extensive selection of world-class wines, ranging from light crisp Chardonnay, a bold and fruity Zinfandel to Bourbon barrel-aged Cabernet Sauvignons.

The ticketed event will take place in the Boozy Tea Room lounge, where guests will sample the premium wines alongside a curated dinner menu of seasonal dishes from Executive Chef, Ioannis Grammenos, with every course created to pair perfectly with each wine showcased.

Located in Sonoma County, Federalist’s vineyards produce 100% estate grown and single vineyard wines, all controlled by the winery to guarantee quality and consistency. With a reputation for craftmanship, heritage and full-bodied wines with depth and intensity in flavour, this exclusive masterclass is one you won’t want to miss. Tickets are available now and are priced at £80 pp inclusive of the masterclass, tasting and paired menu – early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment: https://bit.ly/3lB0Hkb.
