If you are looking for a relaxing start to the day, there is none more so than a spot of yoga, but why stay down on the ground, when you can take to the sky with rooftop yoga?
Taking the hottest fitness trend to new heights, a plethora of London’s most spectacular venues are offering a new way to stretch into shape with rooftop yoga, and we have some of our favourites here…
Sky Garden
Take that downward dog high and mighty to Sky Garden- London’s hottest new spot for sky high yoga. This breathtaking venue has launched a limited series of sunrise rooftop yoga sessions, set against a backdrop that will ensure you feel nothing less than tranquil. Conduct your yoga poses against tumbling city views and Sky Garden’s luscious tropical greenery as the sun slowly drenches the city in light and awakens the world for the day.
Starting on the 22nd of July, sunrise yoga takes place every wednesday at 6:30am.
Classes cost just £10,00 and you can enjoy a delicious pick-me-up smoothie from Love Taste before you leave for the day.
