What: Plating up for the planet for World Vegan Month, Bōkan 37 is offering an elevated plant based chefs’ tasting menu 37 storeys above the capital, perfect for vegans, vegetarians or even carnivores looking to take the veg pledge. Dishes include homemade Delica pumpkin tagliolin and a poached English pear, choco sauce, almond and pear sorbet.

The new menu will see the introduction of the ‘Veganzola’, a plant-based version of ‘Gorgonzola’, alongside other dishes including Panella di Ceci. These Italian dishes with a vegan twist promise to tantalise your tastebuds whether you’re a budding vegan or just looking to get a bit healthier in the new year.

What: For those looking to cut down on their meat consumption this January but still indulge in dinner cooked by a three Michelin-starred chef, look no further than Arros QD’s Vegetables paella. Cooked over an eight-metre flame and served directly in the giant paella pan it’s cooked in; this lighter version of a traditional paella is both gluten free and vegan – and available for only £18pp.
