Take to the skies with British Airways i360 Sky Dining evening on April 26th and May 24th and enjoy a magical three course meal overlooking the beautiful city of Brighton. Unlike any other dining experience you have ever had, you will be seated in the glass observation pod which will be laid for fine dining, including romantic white lights. There will be an elegant menu on offer during three consecutive 25 minute pod flights – the first serving the starters, the second the main and the third desserts, teas and coffees. And don’t worry about having to use any facilities for there will be a break during each flight to use these at ground level!
Dishes will include mackerel parfait with pea shoots and garlic crostini, seared chicken with fondant potato, spinach, glazed carrots and jus; and classic crème Brulee or rich chocolate mousse pot, with half a bottle of wine each to enjoy.
British Airways i360 Sky dining experience is the perfect alternative date night in Brighton. Whether looking to celebrate a special occasion such as to take a group up for your birthday or even to propose to your other half, what finer setting could you wish for? You can indulge in a glass of fine wine as the pod glides 450ft above the ground, watching the sun set and the stars come out. 
When booking in advance you also have the opportunity to add things such as a bottle of sparkling wine for the table, a bouquet of flowers or even a birthday cake.
