This summer, be sure to check out well-loved South African gin brand, Inverroche who has teamed up with The Gantry Hotel to create a beautiful outdoor terrace filled with aromatic meadow flowers and greenery. The pop-up menu features refreshing gin cocktails, served with seeded take home tags and on plantable coasters. Guests are encouraged to give back to nature by planting their seeded paper in their own gardens and watch their bee friendly wildflowers grow.
Founded by Lorna Scott in 2011, Inverroche has gone from a small distillery to the largest South African artisanal gin brands in just 10 short years. The Inverroche distillery sits in a southern Cape coastal village, at the tip of the African continent, and each of the brand’s unique expressions are all infused with the bouquet of native fynbos botanicals.
Head down to the Gantry Hotel where you can soak up the sun in the terrace while enjoying a delicious tipple from Inverroche. There are also a number of snacks and food options on offer, making it the perfect spot to while away a summer’s evening or afternoon.
