Selling over 250,000 units in their first week, and remaining out of stock on their site. The Ordinary foundation is like trying to get hold of gold dust…
When you look at the details of The Ordinary foundation that come in two formulas and a combined total of 42 shades, its not a shock that they are extremely hard to get hold of. Deciem is the creator of ‘The Ordinary’ which at first mainly focused on no nonsense and extremely affordable skincare. So when they announced they were going to be creating two foundations the beauty world went mad!
The foundation comes in two formulas one being a coverage foundation and one being a more natural serum foundation. The serum foundation is slightly cheaper than the coverage foundation coming in at a mere £5.70 rather than £5.90. Both formulas are alcohol-free, oil-free, nut-free, vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and cruelty free! we’re going to say it again with all this said there is no wonder this is sold out everywhere!
The texture of the coverage foundation is described as that of a lightweight, non-oily cream. meaning it is not cakey and won’t be settling in any fine lines. It also contains SPF.
The serum foundation is more lightweight than the coverage, yet it still offers moderate coverage whilst remaining natural looking.
With over 25,000 on the waiting list, will you be signing up to get your hands on these? Ordinary foundation is available to pre-order on Victoria’s Health however, there is no time indication into how long they will take to come!
