Floraison by St-Germain is the first bar takeover in a summer series of floral decadence, that mirrors the likes of Parisian indulgence and British botanicals; and the iconic flavour of St. Germain’s traditional french liquor follows suit. The versatility of St-Germain makes for the perfect complement to this al fresco summer event.
You will find the Floraison summer terrace event at 1 Broadway Market, where the world-renowned mixologist, Remy Savage, will introduce you to a drinking experience, unlike anything you’ve known before. The floral arrangements done by McQueens Flowers, for one, channel the Nouveau style of French art. Furthermore, new this year, Savage himself wears the title of the 8th most influential bartender in Bar World’s International 100. With the help of Remy Savage and St-Germain’s hand-picked elderflower notes, you will be captivated by your drinks and the romantic blooms around you. The ambience at this greenhouse styled Floraison terrace will transport you to 1920’s Paris, as each one of your senses will be excited.
On the menu, you will find drinks with a unique dalliance with Champagne, St-Germaine spritzes, aperitif and oysters.
The fine-tuned and harmonious sweet notes harnessed within St-Germain explain why it is often referred to as Parisian Life in a Bottle. This featured spirit has no preservatives, additives, or stabilizers. Because of St-Germains’ premium ingredients, you will notice the honeyed shade of pale yellow and gold.
In addition to the lovely St-Germain bar takeover, there is an opportunity to get creative and venture off to a Florist’s own studio at the heart of central London. Here, you will learn to adopt the mastery of renowned florists in partner with McQueens Flowers and St-Germain, compose a St-Germain Spritz worth sharing with friends and family, and take home a Spritz kit.
