Orlando
Orlando is most famous for its theme parks, so be sure to add a few of these to your list on this first stop on your Florida road trip. When buying Orlando park tickets be sure to do your research before you go to find the best deal. Whether you want the nostalgic fun of Disney World, or the thrillseeking at Universal Studios, there is something for everyone. Be sure to also check out Gatorworld for some Alligator spotting and try a hot air balloon ride at Orlando Balloon rides.
Palm Beaches
Palm Beaches is a beautiful place to visit, with tropical palm trees and stunning beaches. Go paddleboarding or try a whole range of watersports, as well as discovering their many amazing bars and restaurants. Find out the history of Palm Beaches at the Henry Flagler Museum and go for a delicious brunch at Grandview Market.
Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale is a cool place to head and has plenty of things to do on your Florida road trip. You can head to Hollywood Glass to make your own glass sculptures or the Flamingo gardens nature reserve to explore the gardens and see many different animal species. Take a bike and explore the area, or spend your days playing volleyball and sunbathing on the beachfront. Be sure to head to Las Olas Boulevard for shopping and dining too!
Miami
Make Miami the last stop on your Florida road trip and somewhere to relax after a busy time exploring the other cities on your way down the coast. Stay on South Beach and enjoy the tranquillity of the ocean and white sands, but also the vibrant nightlife the city has to offer. Head to Wynwood walls for some culture and their shopping outlet to fill your boots with a range of bargains. Why not hire a car and tag on a day trip to Key West too?
