Ingredients
- 100 ml Bombay Sapphire
- 40 ml Martini® Bianco
- 225 ml Water
- 4.5 tsp honey
- 3 Whole thin apple slices
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom pods (broken)
- 1/2 Vanilla pod
- 1 Black tea bag
- 50 ml Unfiltered/cloudy apple juice
- 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
- Orange zest
- Freshly grated nutmeg

Turn off the heat and add a tea bag to the saucepan and wait 3 minutes. Now remove the tea bag, spices and apple slices (retain for garnish).

Pour in the Bombay Sapphire, Martini® Bianco and fresh lemon juice and heat for 25 seconds stirring continually. Finally, strain into two teacups and garnish with the orange zest, apple slices and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg.
