Take fitness to new heights with an exercise class 162 Metres in the air on the British Airways i360…
International fitness phenomenon, F45, is set to take fitness to new heights with an exclusive takeover of the British Airways i360 on Saturday 21st April. Unlike your normal fitness class, you will be taking part in a functional workout where you will be squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling for 45 minutes with a sensational backdrop of the beautiful city of Brighton. There will be sweat (and maybe some tears) but a great live DJ to keep you motivated throughout the session to push you to do that extra rep!
