A pug cafe is coming to London and we can’t conceal our excitement…
Anyone who is anyone knows that cafes are more than just a place to grab a hot cuppa and a sandwich – just ask the guys behind the cookie dough cafe and the crisp cafe. And just when you thought they couldn’t possibly get any cooler (I mean, a cafe dedicated entirely to the creme egg has to be literally the creme de la creme right?) it is announced London is getting it’s very own Pug cafe…
Following its appearances in Brighton and Guildford, East London is the next city to host the popular pug cafe. It will be coming to The Book Club in Shoreditch for one day only so to get your fill of pug goodness you only have 24 hours.
The pugs of the city are invited to trot along to one of the hippest spots in London for a day filled with a whole host of treats including excessive dog decor and a host of yummy delicacies – ‘puggacinos’ and other various doggy snacks. (Not to fear, human dishes such as grilled toasties and cheesecake will still be on offer!)
The pugs are to be treated like royalty on the day (red carpet and all) however please do remember to keep an eye on your four-legged friend.
To take part in the pug-filled day you need to book your tickets in advance – £5 if you bring your pug and £10 if you don’t (but be quick, these will get snapped up fast!)
The Pop Up Pug Café has confirmed a portion of this fee will be donated directly to their chosen charity, The French & Pug Dog Foundation.
Booking opens at 11am on Saturday 19th August here.
