Sauvelle Vodka is going on tour! Popping up at a bar near you…
Sauvelle Vodka, the premium French spirit, is taking over Spring with a series of special pop-up residencies at some of London’s hottest bars. Inspired by nature, every pop-up will offer its own exclusive Wild Beauty menu, featuring Sauvelle’s signature Sauvage Martini. Sauvelle is an independent, small-batch artisanal vodka that is fast becoming a favourite of the Seen in the City team. We’re already obsessed with its cocktails! Despite having originated in Cognac, Sauvelle is actually assembled in Bordeaux and now is making waves on the creative bar scene in London.
We headed down to Henson’s Bar in Mimi’s Hotel in the heart of Soho, to celebrate the arrival of Spring at Sauvelle’s first installation. Amid the dimmed lighting and wood-paneled decor, an exquisite menu was served up, each crafted with the all-important starring spirit. My favourite was the L’Apricotine, which was sweet but not overwhelming. However, the Duke’s Negroni really packed a punch.
The intimate, sophisticated setting in this discrete boutique hotel bar was the perfect place to sip on Sauvelle’s delectable drinks. Sauvelle will soon be heading back to Soho – this time taking over Greek Street’s 68 And Boston. The next pop-up will run from 16 April until Earth Day on 22 April, honoring the label’s commitment to sustainability. The event will also see the return of Sauvelle’s iconic Sauvage Martini. Guests who pre-book tickets to the event will receive a complimentary Sauvelle cocktail upon arrival.
If you haven’t had your fill of martinis by the end of the season, you can also toast in the Summer at a special celebration culminating on World Martini Day (June 19th) at the exclusive Milk & Honey bar. It’s a great opportunity to discover one of Soho’s best-kept bar secrets – usually open to private members only! Impress your mates or your dates and indulge in a bit of French sophistication. We’ll be sure to see you there.
