The 2024 menu, crafted by Executive Chef Ashley Clarke (Gordon Ramsay Group, SmokeStak, Temper Soho), showcases years of refinement in Victorian feasting, culminating in an exceptional Christmas menu. Guests will enjoy a starter of decadent corn-fed chicken pressing with pickled beets and samphire relish, followed by an elegant confit Gressingham duck breast with all the trimmings.
