Opening on Friday 26th June 2026, Mour is a new Mediterranean restaurant and martini bar bringing warmth, generosity and conviviality to one of London’s most elegant neighbourhoods, Marylebone.
Designed as a destination that effortlessly moves from long lunches to late dinners, Mour combines a produce-led menu inspired by the Mediterranean, a carefully curated wine programme and an elegant cocktail offering centred around the martini, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated setting for gathering and lingering a little longer around the table.

What food can I expect at Mour Marylebone?
At the heart of Mour is a menu influenced by a relaxed approach to dining, where seasonal ingredients, generous sharing and simple, confident cooking take centre stage.
The menu brings together dishes rooted in the flavours and traditions of the Mediterranean while celebrating exceptional produce. Guests can begin with smaller plates such as tataki di seabass with roasted garlic ponzu, graffiti aubergine and beef carpaccio.
Fresh pasta and larger plates showcase the kitchen’s confident yet unfussy approach to cooking, including tiger prawn tagliolini enriched with shellfish bisque, brie tortelloni with rainbow chard and grana padano foam, and a duo of lamb served with rosemary jus. Vegetables are given equal attention, with dishes such as flamed cauliflower with coriander pistou and toasted almonds highlighting the quality of seasonal produce.
How about the drinks at Mour Marylebone?

Complementing the food is a wine list that draws on some of Europe’s most celebrated wine-producing regions and a cocktail programme that balances classic serves with Mour’s own signatures. Guests can also order the Blind Faith Martini, where they simply choose their preferred base spirit and leave the rest in the hands of the bartender. Designed to move effortlessly from aperitivo hour into late evening drinks, the bar offers a playful yet refined approach to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
And the interiors?
Mour’s interiors combine the character of a Georgian townhouse with the warmth and ease that define the restaurant itself, creating a space designed for lingering a little longer. An all-year-round courtyard provides an additional setting for lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the seasons.
Mour opens on Friday 26th June 2026. Reservations are now open.
