London Top Rooftop Yoga Classes you need to try

If you are looking  for a relaxing start to the day, there is none more so than a spot of yoga, but why stay down on the ground, when you can take to the sky with rooftop yoga?

Taking the hottest fitness trend to new heights, a plethora of London’s most spectacular venues are offering a new way to stretch into shape with rooftop yoga, and we have some of our favourites here…

Sky Garden
Take that downward dog high and mighty to Sky Garden- London’s hottest new spot for sky high yoga. This breathtaking venue has launched a limited series of sunrise rooftop yoga sessions, set against a backdrop that will ensure you feel nothing less than tranquil. Conduct your yoga poses against tumbling city views and Sky Garden’s luscious tropical greenery as the sun slowly drenches the city in light and awakens the world for the day.

Starting on the 22nd of July, sunrise yoga takes place every wednesday at 6:30am.

Classes cost just £10,00 and you can enjoy a delicious pick-me-up smoothie from Love Taste before you leave for the day.

What could be better?

House of Voga at Coq d’Argent
 Coq d’Argent has teamed up with House of Voga to host monthly Voga classes. Classes will be held on the last Sunday of every month in Coq d’ Argent’s stunning rooftop garden, and participants are invited to strike a pose surrounded by spectacular views over the City. Voga is a fusion of yoga and ‘vogeuing’, set to an iconic 80s soundtrack.

Sunrise Yoga on the rooftop at Rumpus Room in Mondrian London is one of the three best ways to start the week. Rebecca Keenaghan teaches a unique mix of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa for an energising wake up- the class is open to all from beginners to advanced.
