Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into this Clayton Hotels Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these rules and any separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
2. Any UK residents, aged 18 or over, can enter by visiting the Competition landing page at seeninthecity.co.uk and voting what the new name of the LaTour Hotel Birmingham. Only one entry per person is allowed and the closing date for entries is 15th December 2017.
3. The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email or phone
4. Seen in the City’s decision of the winner is final
5. If the selected winner does not claim the prize within three days, we will be forced to re-gift this prize
6. Open to UK residents only
7. The voucher you will receive is valid for 2 adults only in a Suite. Subject to availability, excluding Saturdays.
8. Voucher is valid until 31st March 2018 not valid on New Year’s Eve or valentine’s day.
9. Voucher will need to be presented at reception upon check in and when making the reservation. Dinner is a two-course meal in Grill from the pre-fix menu, beverages will be charged for. The bottle of wine included is from their house wine selection.
10. The voucher cannot be exchanged for any money and cancellation would be required 48 hours prior to arrival.
