MAC Cosmetics has revealed its debut collection with Jeremy Scott – Creative Director of fashion house Moschino.
Jeremy Scott broke the news on Instagram stating he had designed “a boombox shaped eyeshadow palette consisting of 29 shades, a lip palette shaped like a tape cassette with a mirror, and a lil something for the cheeks in the form of a CD!”
Moschino and Jeremy Scott’s namesake shows on the runway always bring a number of major eye-catching, jaw-dropping and brighly coloured beauty moments, so it is not a surprise that this is the theme Scott would opt for during the collaboration with Mac Cosmetics. The Boombox shadow palette boasts 29 unique and bold shades ranging from white to ultra violet and they are all encased in packaging designed to look like a boombox stereo – what a throwback!

Continuing this retro vibe, the lip palette is shaped just like a cassette tape with nine different beautiful shades to opt from and includes a mirror for application on the go. (The red red looks already set to be a firm favourite here at Seen in the City HQ!)
Finally is the cheek palette – shaped as a CD. This set consists of three different pans – a champagne highlighter, a peach blusher and a warm coloured bronzer.
The MAC x Jeremy Scott collection will be available at maccosmetics.com and in select stores starting 8 February.

Only just been introduced to MAC Cosmetics by my friend’s daughter while out xmas shopping – treated myself to a lippy and liner – absolutely love the range of colours and products, will be buying more!
