Get your skates on at the Pavilion Ice Rink
There is nothing like a festive skate to get you in the Christmas spirit and the Royal Pavilion offers you the perfect setting. Take the family to the Pantomime
“On no he isn’t!” “Oh yes he is!” Anyone familiar with panto will know what a great pastime this is to get everyone in the family involved and feeling Christmassy. This year be sure to head to the Brighton Hilton for a special Christmas panto Jack in the Beanstalk. The show will run from the 20th-29th December and there is also a Christmas Fayre for those with ticket holders to buy festive treats and last minute Christmas presents. Get in the Christmas spirit at the Royal Pavilion
The Royal Pavilion are offering the chance to get into the festive spirit with a Christmas experience. Head to their spectacular Banqueting Room where the table is laid with Georgian style desserts and the palace is transformed with festive decorations and glittering trees. Be sure to visit the Music Room to create Christmas photos on a replica of Queen Victoria’s sleigh to remember the special day! See Santa in the sky with the I360 Santa grotto
Take your kids Father Christmas meeting experience to all new heights with a Santa Flight on the British Airways i360 this Christmas. Take a leisurely ride 450ft in the air and make magical memories with your family as you share their wish lists with Santa and take plenty of photos to keep and cherish. See the burning of the clocks
Taking place on the 21st December 2018, the Burning of the Clocks is an annual community event bringing the whole city together to mark the shortest day of the year. Head down to watch locals make paper and willow lanterns which are then paraded through the city. At the end of the parade, the lanterns are passed into a blazing bonfire on Brighton beach to token the end of the year. Find out more here.
