Take care of your wellbeing when in Ibiza with rooftop yoga classes at Mikasa…

While Ibiza is known for it’s wild, partying ways, it’s also got a beautiful and spiritual side. The Yin and Yang of the beautiful island, why not level out your evenings spent swaying to the throbbing sounds of DJ sets with a rooftop yoga class? New to Ibiza this summer is a daily rooftop yoga session at Mikasa – a sixteen-bedroom hotel located next to Marina Botafoch, a short walk from Ibiza Town and the UNESCO site of Dalt Vila.

Mikasa Ibiza YogaThe yoga classes last for 90 minutes, allowing you to fully relax, rejuvenate and start your day in the best way possible. You can watch the sun rise over the harbour and take in the beautiful, sparkling blue waters of Ibiza. With a focus on wellness and relaxation, there will be professional instructors to guide you through a range of invigorating routines suitable for both beginner and expert yogis alike. Once the class has finished you can indulge in an all-day breakfast menu which offers healthy Levantine dishes for an energising start to the day. This will be inspired by the flavours from the Eastern Mediterranean and is sure to fill you up for the day ahead in the sunshine.

Mikasa Ibiza YogaThe Hotel Mikasa boasts 16 individually designed rooms, each inspired by nature and the true essence of Ibiza, while having their own distinct personality. They are inspired by the four seasons and twelve different moons and can be chosen depending on your mood or whether you are drawn to a particular moon by your individual temperament. All rooms are air conditioned, include flat screen LED TV’s and the bathrooms contain a free beach towel and bags.

Mikasa Ibiza YogaThe classes and breakfast take place from 09.00 – 10.45 and are free for those staying at the hotel, while outside participants can join for 25 Euros per person including breakfast.

Double rooms start from €200 per night based on two people sharing. For more information or to book, please visit https://www.mikasaibiza.com/
