Park Corner Brasserie unveils Once Upon a Villain, a deliciously dramatic new chapter of its Disney Princess-inspired Afternoon Tea this October…
This autumn, London Hilton on Park Lane’s menu takes an unexpected turn, with a striking collection of creations inspired by Disney’s most infamous Villains and their notorious worlds. From Disney’s Maleficent to Dr Facilier, infamous apples, midnight carriages, deep-sea spells, and shadowy schemes inspire Disney Princess Inspired Afternoon Tea: Once Upon a Villain, arriving at Park Corner Brasserie on 2nd October.

Created by Head Pastry Chef Sam Leatherby, winner of Bake Off: The Professionals, the latest chapter of the Royal Recipe Book brings a theatrical edge to the classic Park Lane ritual, with dramatic patisserie, decadent flavours, and unexpected twists on afternoon tea favourites.
What food is served at the London Disney Villains-Inspired Afternoon Tea?
The story begins with a savoury line-up filled with knowing nods to familiar tales.
“Don’t Forget to Warn Him About the Cat!” channels Gus’s famously hearty appetite with a cheese sandwich and sweet onion marmalade.
Ma Chérie Sandwich pairs smoked salmon with cream cheese, while The Carriage Awaits combines chicken with pumpkin butter, inspired by Cinderella’s enchanted pumpkin carriage and best enjoyed before the clock strikes midnight.
From The Bayou completes the savouries with roast beef, mayonnaise, and lettuce, inspired by Prince Naveen’s lily pad perch.
Then the shadows close in.
The sweets take centre stage with a striking collection of patisseries built around rich chocolate, jewel-toned fruits and indulgent finishes.
Enchanting Apple layers apple crumble sponge with caramelised apple and custard mousse, a tempting nod to one of Disney’s most infamous fruits.
Between Two Thorns hides blueberry compote beneath vanilla cheesecake and chocolate buttery biscuit, while Deep Sea Swirl brings together chocolate shortbread, salted caramel Cremieux, blackberry gel and vanilla mousse.
The Fairest of Them All pairs black carbon biscuit with single-origin chocolate ganache and cherry compote, while Mystic Top Hat combines black velvet cake, banana ganache, and toffee in a suitably dramatic finale.
Alongside the patisserie are The Scones of Mischief, with black cherry and blueberry scones served alongside classic plain scones, before If the Shoe Fits delivers a final flourish: chocolate truffles elegantly presented in a glass slipper.
Once Upon a Villain invites guests into the next chapter of the Royal Recipe Book, where familiar fairy tales take an unexpected turn and Disney’s Villains finally get their moment at the table.
