What Are The UK’s Most Expensive Airbnb Properties?

If you’ve ever imagined yourself waking up on a magnificent country estate with acres of private gardens and special features such as private swimming pools, it no longer has to remain a fantasy. Now, there are some incredible properties available to rent out for a few nights.

Renting a high-end Airbnb may be an ideal option if you have some cash to splash but may not be able to afford a luxury home of your own. The UK has some seriously impressive properties on offer, giving you the chance to experience true extravagance.

The Fantasy of Staying in High-End Luxury Accommodation

For the average UK citizen, the idea of living in a sprawling luxury property with incredible features is merely a pipe dream. Often, the next best thing is to turn to entertainment and explore different portrayals of high-end accommodation. These can be found almost everywhere, from television to slot games.

For example, some players choose to play Huff N Even More Puff Grand slot to experience a fancy estate with a long and lavish driveway adorned with perfectly sculpted trees and hedges. The game is a sequel, suggesting that there’s an audience for this type of content.

There have been numerous television shows that have given viewers a taste of luxury too, with Britain’s Most Expensive Houses and Building Britain’s Superhomes showing viewers the properties that dreams are made of. There’s also Grand Designs, which focuses on transforming architectural projects into grand modern residences.

The Most Extravagant Airbnb Properties

Before the days of Airbnb, staying in one of the most lavish houses in Britain would have been impossible for most people. Now, though, there are some that are available to rent for short-term stays via the booking platform.

One of the most eye-catching examples is Harford Manor in Berkshire, which was going for just over £20,000 per night in 2025. The huge residence comes with its own spa facilities and entertainment spaces, along with roughly 40 acres of private grounds. This makes it an impressive option for larger groups, but it may be out of most people’s price range.

There are, however, plenty of other properties that can be found for less than £10,000 per night, and these can offer similar levels of opulence. For instance, Temple Guiting Estate in Gloucestershire is available for just under £9,000 per night. The manor house has its own tennis court and gym, along with two hot tubs and a dedicated space for yoga and Pilates.

For people who fancy a luxury escape in Scotland, there’s Innes House in Moray. This 17th-century stately home has 19 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms, meaning it can accommodate up to 36 guests. It even has a library and ballrooms, making it a perfect option for events.

The big question is, are these expensive Airbnb properties worth the money? Maybe, for people who have a lot of money to spare. For most people, the best way to experience these properties could be to split the cost between the various members of a large group.
